About me


I am originally from Serbia, but I was born in Austria and raised in Austria, from where I moved to Asia. I love both of those cultural backgrounds, they make me the person I am today with a wider understanding of different people and cultures. This has been important and very helpful when it comes to initiating successful business relationships. 

I will bring this commitment and enthusiasm to your company.

Customer care comes easy for me, because I’ve had regular customer contact working for previous companies. I have experience from initial customer acquisition on the phone through to the project management of implementing the final products sold. I’ve helped many companies assert  their services and products in the market.

In addition, I’ve also held successful “acquisition training courses” for various industries, building up teams in first-time customer contact. Last but not least, I’ve ventured into new countries and international markets successfully advising and supporting companies in selling their services.

My specialty is developing relationships with partners and customers. From finding addresses to scheduling I can handle everything independently. I’ve established successful appointments with the Head of IT (CTOs), Product Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing Managers, COOs, CFOs, and even CEOs of large international companies.

I have almost 20 years of experience in developing market interest in inspiring people for new products. Furthermore, I love helping new customers learn about products and the benefits of new products. It's in my blood a part of me related to my parents and grandparents. They were dealers of a special kind in the truest sense of the word

I’m very sociable and work well under management. Resilience and team-work are my special qualities, viewing good team-work is the a key of success. I enjoy taking on new tasks and mastering them and have been successful with clients through good arguments that convince them of the benefits of a service or product. 

Positive thinking is also a part of my approach to life. There is always a way out of any obstacle when it comes to business. Sometimes we need to change an approach, a product or a service, but sometimes we only need to wait until we got a bigger picture of the challenge.
I’m very persistent. When I find a challenge, I keep working on it until I find the right solution.
